Aikido-Lehrgang mit Milan Velickovic in Landshut. Rund 40 Aikidoka aus Süddeutschland erlebten ein intensives Wochenende beim VfL Landshut-Achdorf – geprägt von klaren Prinzipien, präziser Körperarbeit und der Frage: Reagieren wir im Aikido – oder handeln wir?
Wer bereits in Mexiko-Stadt an einem Tendoryu-Lehrgang teilgenommen oder im Dojo von Lorena und Juan Carlos trainiert hat, kennt die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit, mit der Gäste dort empfangen werden. Genau diese offene Atmosphäre prägte auch das Dan-Training in Großhadern mit Lorena und Gudrun sowie den Lehrgang vom 24. bis 26. April 2026 in Schopfheim, der von Lorena geleitet wurde.
Ein halbes Jahrhundert Tendoryu Aikido beim TSV v. 1861 Deggendorf e.V. - dieses besondere Jubiläum war Anlass für einen hochkarätigen Lehrgang, der Aikidoka aus Bayern und weit darüber hinaus zusammenführte. Allein 21 Aikidoka vom TSV München-Großhadern von 1926 machten sich für bis zu drei Tage auf den Weg nach Niederbayern.
Mit einem ersten sonntäglichen Aikido Dan-Training in München hat der TSV München-Großhadern einen gelungenen Auftakt für ambitionierte Aikidoka geschaffen.
Gudrun war zu Gast in Mexiko City und hat im wunderschönen Seirenkan Dojo einen Lehrgang gegeben.

I never thought I would ever hold a seminar in Mexico. When Lorena asked me at the beginning of this year, I spontaneously said yes. In September, the time had finally come, and Lorena and Juan Carlos gave us (my husband Christian accompanied me) a very warm welcome in their house.
During the first few days, I was fortunate to be able to take part in Lorena's training sessions in the dojo she and Juan Carlos built themselves.
On Saturday morning, the course began in a beautiful location and a good atmosphere. We started with simple Tenkan movements and dealt extensively with the topics of flexibility and Kokyu. Like a circle with no beginning and no end, the participants were encouraged to keep moving, which meant that after three hours of training, everyone went home slightly exhausted.
But I also saw a certain satisfaction in their faces, as well as curiosity about more Aikido, which led to most of Lorena's students and some people from other dojos coming back on the second day. We went deeper into the topics from the previous day and focused more intensively on Tai Sabaki and Shihonage. Everyone was highly concentrated, and the beginner's spirit Shoshin was noticeable. This group was keen to improve their Aikido and was grateful to have this opportunity. I was overwhelmed by the participants' great passion for Tendoryu Aikido and by the kindness and gratitude they showed me.
After the seminar, we had a barbecue in a beautiful park. People started dancing and everyone was in a great mood. What a wonderful experience to teach here and celebrate together!

Zwei Wochen lang stand das idyllische Sportzentrum im Schwarzwald ganz im Zeichen des Aikido. Über 100 Aikidoka aus ganz Europa und darüber hinaus reisten an, um nicht nur ihre Technik zu verfeinern, sondern auch tiefere Einblicke in die Philosophie dieser Kampfkunst zu gewinnen.
