Our classes are taught in German, but most of us also speak English. So if you don’t understand what the teacher is saying - feel free to ask for clarification!
The beauty of Aikido is that it can be learned through observation and practice. It’s less about understanding every word and more about watching, feeling, and copying the movements. We also have members who speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Italian, and French, so you might even find someone who speaks your native language.
Language should never be a barrier - just come and join our beginner classes:
Monday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
If a holiday falls on a day with two scheduled sessions, we’ll usually only hold the first one.
What to bring for your first class: Just a pair of long sports pants, a T-shirt, and sandals or flip-flops for walking from the changing room to the tatami (training mat). We train barefoot. You can join up to three sessions for free without any registration. After that, we’d love to welcome you as a member of our dojo.
